Your tailor-made Berber carpet is entirely handmade by weavers who are masters in their art, and this small handwork takes time.
The time to make a handmade Berber carpet is approximately 1.5 months to which one to two weeks of preparation and delivery must be added. Once the carpet has been received in our premises and the quality control carried out, we pamper your carpet and give it to the carrier for delivery to your home. For most destinations in Europe, allow 3 to 5 working days, for the rest of the world, allow an average of 7 working days from the delivery of your carpet to the carrier.
Tax and customs fees are included in the sale price. So no surprise on delivery! You will only have to appreciate the silky touch of your beautiful Berber carpet under your feet.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, within an average of 48 hours.
Returns :
We work hand in hand with our craftsmen and closely follow all custom orders to ensure deadlines and product quality. So we do not accept returns for a custom rug. Only a manufacturing or measurement defect will be eligible for return.
