La série Soft Grid est issue d’un travail de recherche autour du cadre, du rythme et de la ligne, ces éléments souvent perçus comme rigides ou structurels, mais ici volontairement adoucis, absorbés par la matière.Le choix du tissage en bitrame base plate et relief sculpté nous a permis de créer une profondeur subtile : un dessin qui n’est pas appliqué mais incarné dans la structure même du tapis. Each piece is made to order, unless listed as in stock.
Lead times:
• ≤ 3x2 m (10' x 7'): 8 to 10 weeks
• > 3x2 m (10' x 7'): 10 to 12 weeks
A beautiful Berber carpet, it is maintained! For the cleaning, privilege the natural stain removers, the soft movements and a drying in the sun not to attack it. Exit the detergents and of course the washing machine!
Delivery
Each rug is made to order, unless indicated as in stock.
Estimated lead times:
– 7 business days for in-stock rugs
– 9 to 10 weeks for sizes ≤ 3x2 m
– 11 to 12 weeks for sizes > 3x2 m
Once your rug is ready, it is quality-checked, prepared, and shipped to your address.
All taxes and customs duties are included in the price. No surprise upon delivery.
Orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
Returns
Custom rugs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of a production defect or size error.
For in-stock rugs, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return, provided the product is in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
